What version/.exe to run for BF4?

So when you finnish the DL you get two BF4 icons on your desktop, BF4 and BF4(64bit).
But when you look att the game properties under origin and which version to launch the two there are BF4(x64) or BF4(x86)...
So when launched from desktop ofc you use the 64-bit if your running 64-bit OS and the other must be the 32bit version for those still on steampowered computers.
But what the hell is the x86 in Origin? Is that the 64 bit and the x64 the 32-bit?
Anyone with a better grasp of things know?

x86 is refering to the 32 bit exe just delete it if you want
its a long story from long long ago i CBA to tell but im sure google can help
