not had a crash in a while now. have u tried the usual boyah like repair or maybe a total reinstall?

yeah mine crashes maybe once a night with various excuses or sometimes no excuse at all.

Mines been ok for a little while now, defiantly no worse than it has been :P only crashes i get are self induced.

Yeh new install on new ssd plus windows 8.1 all brand new still got the crashes

Brand new install you say, did you install gpu drivers / mobo drivers I say? ;D
And yes i get a crash a day for "ea online failed to connect" or some bullshit like that Z_Z

Is it a CTD or your whole system ?
either way id say gpu drivers followed by mobo drivers maybe also reinstall directX

this is getting so annoying, can play for 1-2 minutes then my games crashes and i get this error
"directx function getdeviceremovedreason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung"
BF has been working perfectly since I bought it 4-5 months ago .., there are many people having the same issue but it's not fixable. It has something to do with the coding.

Ive had that problem before and in my case was down to an unstable gpu overclock

I'm not familiar with MSI afterburner, I haven't clocked my GPU (GTX 770).
Anyway, my GPU is on +0 as you can see on the picture. And i'm not sure how much I (should?) decrease it.
