I think not playing it often helps me enjoy it but you all know I think Battlefield has been wank for years now. Personally I just want BF2 visually remastered and animations updated and better hit box and I would be set for life.

TBH i couldnt really give a monkeys about the graphics ,
i would be content if they had proper clan servers and stopped trying to change the game / weapons every update ..
ITS A GAME LEAVE IT ALONE FFS ...just as you get used to it they change it cus the snowflakes have been moaning ..
As far as i can recall they only did 3 updates to Red faction , non of which altered the game mechanics in any way .. it was perfect to start with so why mess !

I do not expect any game from them for 2020 in Battlefield series, but I think they will release something in 2021 if not 2022.
Lost of community server reflected in game play, hardly anybody stop to repair you vehicle, they just want to be taken to some location and blast any available gun and bail out on you as soon as you start getting hit hard.
I can see that change even in the way how we 3 play. So often we bugger off in different location. I do hardly see either of you driving tank so I cannot repair and oposite, hardly I do get repair from you
Well lets see if there will be another BF and what they choose to do with it...

The different location of which you speak is usually the squad objective!
you hardly see me driving tanks as i see little or no point in it , camp at the back and harvest kills or get on the front line in your slow unresponsive excuse for a tank and get mined / c4'd or rocketed to death !! not my idea of fun im afraid, infact id be suprised if i have more than a few hundred kills with any sort of vehicle.
Suprisingly i have more than twice as many repair points as dog tags taken , although im sure the only people ive ever repaired are you or Till and even then it must have been for a badge or achievment of some sort .
Since BF4 the tanks / apc ect have all been lame IMHO and ive no use for them other than transport to the battle !

Sorry to disagree about tanks, but I seen their use togther with engineers to win plenty of maps.
Nevertheless I agree they are pretty much rpg magets

Im not saying you cant win a map using tanks it just makes for a boring experience ..
No if it was BF3 / BF4 id be completly the opposite

I'd be happy playing BF2 still tbh even with the graphics but as far as a "new" game goes would just want BF2 and if paying have tarted up graphics
Commander teamed up with the squad system of BF2 was great. I have been too much of a default player to notice many changes to be honest lol

This game .. just sucks so much ass .. played 30 minutes tonight and that was enough , changed server 3 times during that ..
I think this is the first time playing the franchise i CBA to get to max rank

When you get a good game on BF5 am finding it really good. Can be quite deflating for sure.

Lost interest in bf5 i tried and tried, just seems full of people with aim bot, had one guy in our squad the other night did`nt move from spawn 147-0 kills,:( just dont seem much to play out there atm, like ya said be good to get our own servers back

When i saw there was a notification in my emails someone posted I didn't expect it to be you haha. How are you?
Been lucky with hackers, they are most definitely there though and get them time to time. I doubt we will get back to what things were with servers and everything else, they seem to be happy to kill that side of things
